Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy



We take product quality very important, so before sending the product out, we have to check the product twice again and package it ourselves. This 14-day period begins on the day when you receive your purchase for goods, you can cancel this order for any reason and without penalty.

Cancellation Policy:
Order can be cancelled only before shipping. The buyer need to contact us first for the reason, our sale manager will arrange the cancellation in 2 working days.
All shipped out order can NOT be cancelled.


Return Policy:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, such as underwear.
  • How to deal with, If the item is defective?

We are sorry that the item is defective, and we will actively deal with such incidents. However, we also need your help. Follow the instructions below to address this issue;

    1. If the item is defective, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
    2. Please shoot a picture of the defected item, and then send the picture to us by email at
We will review your images, and if we agree to the defectiveness of the item, we will add the new item to your next order for free.
If we could not identify defectiveness from your images. All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. But in order to compensation for the loss of customers, through our assessment, we will give your some more discounts on the next order.
  • Time Period: Within 14 days of delivery, and The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
  • Return & Exchange Address: The return address is not the shipping address on the express waybill, so please contact us at, notifying us on your intent to return so we can provide you with the return address and ensure that your return is handled in a timely manner.
  • Additional non-returnable items:
    • Gift cards
    • Clothing with obvious signs of use
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.


Refund Policy:

The money will refund in 2 working days after the order is cancelled & return package is delivery.

If the buyer paid by Paypal, the money will refund in 2 working days; If by credit card, it take 3-5 days or more time for the bank to process the refund, your kind understanding and patience will be highly appreciated.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
